Spark2 plasma and Oxy-fuel cutter

Spark2 is an efficient machine designed for thermal cutting of steel and other metals with a plasma and gas torch. It can work with air plasma, HD plasma and oxu-fuel torches (oxy-propane or oxy-acetylene). This model is ideal for medium-sized production and service plants where the purchase price and durability of the machine are of the greatest importance.

Reinforced structure

The Spark2 device, like other devices from the plasma-oxygen cutting series, has a reinforced chassis, anchored to the ground, and the construction of the working table has been designed for cutting sheets up to 150 mm thick, the weight of which can be several tons.

Magnetic torch holder

A special magnetic mounting structure protects the burner in the event of a collision with protruding or deformed material. Upon encountering an obstacle, the neodymium socket will detach the tool, avoiding costly damage, and the anti-collision sensor will stop the machine immediately. An additional advantage of the mounting is the possibility of mounting the burner in the range of +/- 45 °. This solution allows you to perform phases, ready for welding.

Mobile control panel

All our dual-support plasma-oxygen cutters are equipped with a movable control cabinet, the range of which can be up to 5m. Thanks to this solution, it is much easier and more convenient for the operator to control the operation of the machine.
Inside the desktop is all the electronics that control the device. Thanks to the quick coupler system, the desktop can be disconnected from the machine in a very fast and easy way.

Hearth drawers

Most of our devices are equipped with waste drawers, which allow easy cleaning of the extraction tables from the trail and give access to small details that may fall inside the table during cutting.
This solution saves time when cleaning and maintaining the machine, without the need for time-consuming removal of the fire grate.
