Spark1 plasma and Oxy-fuel cutter

Compact, single-support cuttter designed for thermal processing of steel. The machine has been designed for small and medium-sized manufacturers of steel structures as well as repair departments and workshops of large companies. The burner can be equipped with plasma and / or gas torch (oxy-propane or oxy-acetylene).

Low investment cost

The Spark1 is a compromise solution between budget and expected cutting quality. Dedicated mainly for metalworking, boilermaking, renovation and repair departments, the mining and rail industry. Cooperation with plasma and oxygen torches enables perpendicular cutting in a very wide range of sheets of various thickness, while maintaining low operating costs.

Chamfering system

Thanks to a special torch holder, the machine allows you to perform welding phases in a selected axis, along a straight line, in the ranges of 15 °, 30 ° and 45 °, both with a plasma and oxygen torch. In this way, we exclude the need for further mechanical processing to prepare the detail for welding, which translates into significant time savings.

Simple hearth grate replacement

We always listen to our customers’ voices, and because we are a producer, we have great opportunities. This is also what happened in the case of the replaceable grate, where usually only flat bars are replaced. At the request of our customers, we have designed it so that entire segments can be disassembled, which makes the replacement very easy and does not cause downtime of the device longer than a simple change of material.

Loading from 3 sides

Spark1 is a machine that completely deviates from the other thermal cutters by its design. Its unusual design, based on a one-sided, reinforced chassis, allows easy access to the work table from three sides of the device. In this way, we can freely control the cutting process along the entire length of the work area. Loading of material, especially thick and heavy, is much easier than in classic constructions.
