The STREAMER water cutter is designed for cutting soft materials such as rubber, cork, foams or plastics without the use of abrasive. Provides high cutting precision and minimal gap. It can be used, among others, in the rubber industry, advertising industry, modeling industry, or in companies producing printing dies.

Low costs

The cost of one hour of operation of the device is estimated to be less than 4 PLN and less than 20 PLN for the abrasive version. This is the result of an innovative high pressure system that provides exceptional efficiency. The average energy consumption is only 3.5 kW per hour and the water consumption does not exceed 3 l / min. The Streamer water cutter is also low investment costs – it is almost twice cheaper than other waterjet cutters.

Reliable compact

The device is a compact, robust design of small size. The high pressure system installed in the device was developed and built by experienced engineering staff, so it does not require frequent and costly servicing. Installing a water conditioner and appropriate filters will ensure many years of trouble-free operation.

Simple installation

The device only requires an electrical connection, access to running water, a drain and a small amount of compressed air. If required, an optional compressor can be mounted inside the housing.

Versatility

The device is perfect for cutting soft materials such as cork, rubber, foam or soft plastics with clean water. It is very easy to increase the range of materials to be cut using the abrasive (abrasive) cutting attachment. Then cutting aluminum, steel, stone, glaze or terracotta is possible.
