Impression laser cutter

The CO2 Impression laser burner is a specialized plywood cutting machine used in the production of die guns. Designed to work with high-power lasers. The device is designed for medium and large production plants where, in addition to cutting quality, high efficiency in a shift system is important.

Dynamic flying optics

Impression was created to work with laser sources with high power and thus high weight. The lightweight table design and the lightweight bottom bracket with optical head combined with a powerful servo drive allow you to achieve very good speed and acceleration parameters, which in practice results in reduced production time and improved cutting quality.

Perfect engraving

CO₂ laser technology guarantees precise application of the desired design to most of the materials available in the industry. The machine is equipped with a special extraction system right next to the cutting head, so that fumes arising during the engraving process are also discharged. The advantage of Impression is the excellent position accuracy, so you can accurately mark the places of further processing and make precise descriptions.

More options as standard

When burning into plywood (especially a high-power laser), a point with a larger diameter than the cut gap is formed from below to minimize this phenomenon, we have developed a pulse firing system that largely eliminates this effect. In some cases, for better quality of the burnt gap, also the cutting process is carried out impulsively. The machine is also equipped with a four-way correction system for the width of the gap, which gives the possibility of obtaining the ideal gap.

Professional, intuitive software

As with the F-Cut laser, the machine control is intuitive, with full visualization of the cutting process. The control has a 4-way system of correction of speed and nozzle distance from the material, as well as a system of automatic selection of parameters based on the Cf2 file, making the device efficient and easy to operate.
